Agreed! I think we shall proceed defining SKOS versions of the concept 
ontologies we already mention in the paper draft.

p.s.: I just linked the latest pdf now from the wiki page

  just in order to avoid confusion: THE PDF is the latest draft! We will 
transfer to the wiki again AFTER the submission deadline, since we will 
stick with working on the tex version now! If you have comments send 
them directly to Malgorzata (cc:ed) or me!
