well, this would indeed be relevant... goes in the direction of: "where 
to put my metadata?"

Most people I know of, for instance follow the idea to link e.g. from 
html out to RDF documents, such as I do it e.g. on my homepage:

where I have, the following link-tags in the head:

<link rel="meta" type="application/rdf+xml" href="metadata.rdf"/>
<link rel="meta" type="application/rdf+xml" title="FOAF"
  href="foaf.rdf"/>


what are other common practices?
