To keep things simple, let's fix

  Wednesday, 8th, 12:30, at the LSDIS Lab

  Please, all, send any objections until tomorrow, otherwise this is 
fixed, and I will send out a preliminary agenda over the weekend.

p.s.: we can meet a bit earlier to walk there at the announcement board 
which Aleman suggested.
p.p.s.: Whoever didn't do so yet, please confirm physical attendance by
