[Expertfinder-dev] ExpertFinder: Related Ontologies document

p.s.: any other volunteers who add themselves to the author's lists are 
of course welcome, but I suggest the named ones to take over main 
editing for the moment!

p.p.s.:
Document (iii) could then also include the as we decided in the last 
TeleConf on Requirements (for personal, institutional, events and 
projects, homepages) and coverage (what do we want to cover), i.e. this 
would be ONE document.

p.p.p.s.: Next Teleconf, this thursday, spearate reminder will be sent 
out! ;-)
