A key issue or outcome, I would expect for the "best practices" part of 
our work is the definition of

"compliance levels" of personal and institutional homepages, some kind 
of FOAF++ certificate, plorbably in different levels or categories, 
suche as:

FOAF++, personal homepage compliant
FOAF++, work homepage compliant
FOAF++, enterprise homepage compliant
FOAF++, institute homepage compliant

just brainstorming heavily, this needs to be worked upon,
actually to achieve this, we'd need some classification of
dc:documents, described by a metadata-file...
