while visiting Prof. Oliver Guenther at the Humbolt, I have discovered
a project called "Wissentransfer und Integration (skillMap)
   http://ioe-skillmap.hu-berlin.de
run by Dr. Spiekermann, who is cc'd.

This 3rd project, as I read it in German, seems highly relevant to the
other two expert finder projects.  This project not only records expertise
profiles, but also the social community, similar to "Linked-in".

  So I hope that somehow all three projects will benefit by
knowing something of each other.
