While browsing throught the EU sites... I found another detail which we 
could cover in the "semantic cordis" use case!

For instance it would be fancy, if our RDF vocabulary could cover
the European CV, as described here:
http://europass.cedefop.europa.eu/htm/index.htm

I ask myself, whether we could take their XML format as a basis
for CV related ontological data.
