Avoid Recent Greeting Card Email

I am somewhat embarassed to report that I viewed a greeting card someone
sent me, and it propogates itself. It doesn't do any damage, but it does
mail everyone in your contact list if you use a flavour of outlook. I
stopped outlook fairly quickly after it started sending stuff out, but a few
of you may have received greeting card emails from me. Please delete those
emails
