Looks rather relevant to the foaf mbox etc hashing:
"Refer to the thing by the combination of a secure hash of the document (and
an identifier for its language) and the name used for the thing in the
document. The combined identifier might look like
urn:sdh:3e77fadb4ae7072b3205e0395223c3767886d013:Sam."

Presumably the DNA sequence will still be required for people.
