[rdfweb-dev] Some RDF stats

One of our members is building a scutter. He's got some stats on 
namespace popularity and foaf namespace tags from the wild.

I'm still trying to convince him to think in terms of triples, but he 
comes from a dotnet background...

There's rather a lot of tags in the wild that don't appear in the spec! 
foaf:asshole, foaf:rudeThing and foaf:wakeUpSlacker look like they could 
come in handy.
