Danger, Will Robinson. That isn't valid rdf. You can't talk about
instances of relations in RDF (which would be very useful). But all is
not lost; I think you want something like:

<foaf:phone>
        <foaf:MobilePhone rdf:resource="tel:070-9211-9075"/>
</foaf:phone>

Note: I'm really not sure about that tel: uri. If anyone can work out
<http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2806.txt> then please correct it. Also, I'm not
sure about the status of tel uris. Anyone know?
