Comments on a couple of minor things...

- The spec has family_name, givenname and firstName. The naming styles are
inconsistent - I'd plump for camel case, giving us familyName, givenName
and firstName.

- How come jabberID doesn't have a "Chat" in its name, like icqChatID et al?
