Per my IRC comments, naming substructure is a stinkin' mess, hence Bugzilla
bug 7: http://rdfweb.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=7 and MortenF's
http://rdfweb.org/topic/NamesInFoaf proposal to close it.

I have a message to fwd about this from Misha Wolf of the W3C
Internationalization group... bbiab.

Because Jabber is more explicitly cast as a 'not just chat'
communications bus for distributed apps. The others may share an
identifier namespace w/ a wider family of apps (eg. Passport), but are more
explicitly scoped to Chat applications. Jabber has so much more potential...
