Yes, I think that that's a good idea. You'd probably want to do it
with classes, though:-

   <http://purl.org/net/sbp/info> rdf:type <http://xmlns.org#foafrdf>
.

And then there are some oddnesses when you account for conneg and so
forth. But yes, I think this can be very easily done. A while ago,
SethR invented a kind of HTTP proxy for viewing RDF files as HTML. His
problem was that he wanted to highlight links to RDF files, but since
people were using rdfs:seeAlso, he couldn't gague the type of the
linked files without doing an HTTP HEAD on each of them, which is not
something that you want to have to do. So he proposed a new property,
semref or somesuch, but I remember danbri telling him back then to try
to get people to use [ dc:format "application/rdf+xml" ] more often.

But getting anyone to do anything that involves good modelling and
rich semantics is pretty hard.
