None heard, I've made the change to the schema, rebuild the spec, 
checked the RDF w/ the W3C validator and recorded the 
bug as closed in http://rdfweb.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=16

 <rdfs:range rdf:resource="http://www.w3.org/2000/01/rdf-schema#Resource"/>

Actually I haven't done everything I proposed above, in that the spec 
doesn't yet have a note saying that this may be made more explicit in 
future drafts. But the main problem is fixed so hopefully it is 
uncontentious to close off bug 16.

Sanity check from someone else would be nice. If you could take a quick look at 
http://xmlns.com/foaf/0.1/index.rdf and confirm the RDFS is OK I'd be
