Hi all
I've made an installation of Bugzilla, the open source issue tracking tool.
http://rdfweb.org/issues/query.cgi
There are a couple of test issue/bug reports in there, to see how it works
for RDFWeb/FOAF stuff rather than software development. I'd like to
customise it a bit more before encouraging everyone to pile in and report
bugs, but thought folks might like to know it's there. Feel free to have a
rummage around the facilities it offers, register for accounts etc. If you
like, create some bug reports / issues, just bear in mind that this
installation isn't totally stabilised yet, eg. we might want more
'product' and 'component' categories...
Example bugs/issues:
http://rdfweb.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=3
"foaf:depicts missing from FOAF namespace."
http://rdfweb.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=5
"Wordnet namespace RDF is wrong."
Discusion of these and other issues is welcome on rdfweb-dev, and can be
crosslinked from the Bugzilla database by entering mailing list discussion
archive urls into the issue description forms.
Reminder, rdfweb-dev archives are at http://rdfweb.org/pipermail/rdfweb-dev/
There are currently two top level 'products', corresponding to the rdfweb.org
site, and the xmlns.com site and vocabularies (FOAF, Wordnet-in-RDF). I've
made some 'component' categories within each, but the list is incomplete.
I'm interested to hear if anyone knows of other uses of Bugzilla for
XML or RDF vocabulary development, or other non-software applications.
Let me know what you think,
Dan
