I agree. Especially in the case of hasFOAFDocument. The use case I
imagine hasFOAFDocument is most useful is for people to be able to
assert the location of their foaf document from within it... in which
case it does not matter if existing scutters will be able to grok it as
they will have already loaded it. And we can continue to use the very
generic rdfs:seeAlso as a means to help spiders easily go everywhere.
