I've turned the SemanticPlanet crawler back on (identifies itself as
sembot/0.x). It now runs once a week and sniffs around FOAF (and other
RDF) looking for interesting things.

You can see how many people refer to you in their FOAF. Find your FOAF
file by searching here: http://www.semanticplanet.com/sources/. In the
detailed view of the file you can see a list of interesting things
described by the file. Click on 'other sources' to see other RDF
sources that also describe that 'thing'. The most connected person is
currently Thomas Power of Ecademy who has 181 people who 'know' him
(http://www.semanticplanet.com/sources/?featureId=187)

Top non-Ecademy person is Mark Pilgrim with 16
(http://www.semanticplanet.com/sources/?featureId=89)

Next up is RSS views of these lists which would enable people to
monitor when someone refers to them in a FOAF file.
