By "about" I meant the existence of foaf:Person terms. If I supply
anything other than IFPs for a foaf:Person then I am describing them
and the file is about them in some way.

If you want a file about a single person, why not elide all references
to others? If there are foaf:knows terms in the document then it's
clearly a Personal Relationship Document rather than a Profile ;)
