Waaaa'ell....  A few ideas for tha enemy.

* Voter file spec based on FOAF
* Volunteer contact import / exporting (to share contacts between national,
state, and regional level).
* Loose coupling of user profiles on social web properties.  We used FOAF
successfully in DeanSpace to get sync user profiles on regional / state /
grassroots sites with their national profiles. (See DeanLink module).

But, in the end, these folks are running a pretty tight uncreative centralized
campaign.  Not much room for innovation.
