I wonder if it would be useful to encourage a convention of adding more 
info to a <foaf:Document rdf:about=""> section in all foaf files. 
Perhaps things like some of the stuff out of the RSS Channel:-

- First created
- Last changed
- Contact for bug reports
- Tool used to generate the file
- URL of an html description page
- URL of the schema convention used for this file

to go with foaf:topic and foaf:maker Perhaps this should be merged into 
an <rdf:Description rdf:about=""> section.
