[rdfweb-dev] rdf:ID vs rdf:nodeID

Using ID makes the name of the node referenceable from outside the
document; nodeIDs are only referencable within the document. I would
recommend using nodeID, because it's easier to use and because it
doesn't have the side effect of assigning uris to, say, people.
