Publickey as InverseFunctionalProperty to be preffered over mbox_sha1sum

I think it would be important to have the public-key or its fingerprint
(if this is long enough to have no real risk of collision) as
InverseFunctionalProperty for identifying foaf:Agents.
A public-key defined identity of foaf-agents would not only allow
web-of-trust applications but foaf would also be less vulnerable for
abuse for spamming, because spammers can easily compare the
mbox_sha1sums against their databases and start sending emails that
looks like they were from your friends with subjects taken from articles
of you favorites blogs.
Are there any existing proposals or discussions about this?
