What's the best way to handle Skype in FOAF?

Does it need it's own IM tag? <skypeChatID>

Or is it a special case of <phone>?

Or via a section using <OnlineChatAccount>

Note that a Skype URI consists of a non-standard, un-approved 
overloading of a URL type. eg callto://julian.bond

On Ecademy I'm doing this
<foaf:phone rdf:resource="callto:julian.bond"/>
but it doesn't look quite right and really needs a qualifier that says 
"On Skype".
