I do not know about custom XMP form for Photoshop (but somebody might
know), but there is something for Gimp - Jakub Steiner in a mail [1]
to F-Spot mailing list mentions Raphael's GIMP metadata editor [2].

Metadata editor's advanced tabs shows XMP information. As I understand from
the latest updates (26-08-2004, 23-08-2004) info, it now has a quite robust
RDF parser for XMP.
