No, accounts do not have these properties. Web documents also do not
necessarily have any of these properties -- think of content
negotiation, different language versions, change over time. These are
all properties of *representations*. This is why we distinguish
resources and representations in web architecture.
So I don't see a contradiction between http://twitter.com/cygri being
an account and a web document.
