Here is the most recent version, and the place where you will find  
updates:

(top hit if you search for 'foaf spec' :-)

The items in http://svn.foaf-project.org/foaftown/specgen are example  
results of the tool we use to generate the spec (we also store  
everything in svn, which is where you found the other rdf doc).

We are due to do an update in the next few weeks.
