Indeed. Since there are other people with my name on the web I first put some statements into my FOAF file where I'm describing those people with what I could find about them on the web and then stated that they are owl:differentFrom me. The idea being that I don't get associated with them and that those stupid people search engines could make use of that in the future.
However I decided not to publish that version of my FOAF file because ultimately it seemed to be a better idea to leave this fuzziness intact for privacy reasons.
