Rough editorial todo list dropped into wiki at

Jan 1st is too nice a date not to ship a spec, but because of this
some things have been postponed until
a future version. Still there are around 50 small improvements,
detailed in the wiki. I hope to summarise
these in the Status section and appendix and freeze things later
today. Detail-oriented feedback welcome!
