[foaf-dev] Group vs Class

That's useless and doesn't say the same as the statements above. What  
exactly does it mean to “be a :EUThing”? A person who is also  
a :EUThing, is that an EU resident, EU citizen, EU government  
official, or someone currently physically located in the EU?
