[foaf-dev] FOAF and Google, SEO etc.

Hello,
           I understand that Google is indexing FOAF profiles.  How does one 
submit a foaf file or a collection of foaf profiles to Google?  I tried 
looking into creating a sitemap but couldn't figure out how to do it.  For 
generating a sitemap, there was a requirement that one have a Sparql 
endpoint in one of the examples I saw and I just have site with published 
foaf and other rdf data.
