This post is pretty old, but still *somewhat* relevant I guess. I have
a bunch of tables in my database holding bits and pieces of
information (due to the fact that the code I am using is designed for
many many users, not really a single user instance such as on my
personal site)
so I have a user table, with some information about my FOAF:Person for
instance and a table describing the site that will make up the
FOAF:Document. Within the document, I use regular DC author etc
attribs for some basic information.

I then iterate over my "posts" (which are not too many) and build up
the FOAF:Post bits with an appropriate title, etc.

Once that is all prepared, I simply output on a URI. Nothing too
special, but obviously not very scalable for larger datasets.
