[foaf-protocols] generating certificates and trying out foaf+ssl

Even even better. Pipian has now made is foaf server serve up the N3  
with the correct mime type,
so now you can follow through on juliette's protected foaf using the  
Tabulator plugin (the plugin understand N3 not the web servce)!

   Put this in tabulator
      http://www.pipian.com/rdf/tami/juliette.n3

And follow through by clicking on
    https://www.pipian.com/rdf/tami/juliette-protected-location.n3

That will be expanded only if you have put your self signed foaf cert  
in Firfox as explained previously.
