Does this mean that one can publish any X509 Cert's public key using
PGP?
If so would this mean that we could get foaf+ssl going by publishing
the public key in the foaf file using the PGP leaning wot ontology,
right? That would mean we could discuss calmly over time on how to
improove the ontology, but could get going with what we already have.
