[foaf-protocols] B2B communication

Is FOAF+SSL designed to work in a B2C environment only? How would you apply
FOAF+SSL in a B2B context. The thing is.. I understand that it works with
certificates but who would "own" (as in.. have the certificate enabled in a
browser) the business certificate when there is interaction between
organizations? Basically this comes down to: how can Secure WebID be applied
in the enterprise?
