[foaf-protocols] Added foaf+ssl to identity commons landscape

There is a list of protocols on the identity commons web site. I added  
foaf+ssl to it.

There are perhaps a few other places where it would be good to put up  
explanations there. If you find other web site or wikis where identity  
work is being done, and they are not referring to us, please fix it.
