I'm pretty close to putting together a SPARQL Protocol 1.0 endpoint with
graph-level access control, authenticated via FOAF+SSL. (I was initially
working on triple-level access control, but it seemed more effort than
it would be worth.)

Once the RDF::Query module supports SPARQL Update (and I believe that's
planned), then I hope to also support that.
