To coincide with the first anniversary of the release of
CGI::Auth::FOAF_SSL 0.01, I'm starting the sprint to version 1.00.

Even for those of you who don't use Perl, I'd appreciate it if you could
look over the documentation:

Is the documentation clear? Does the API look sensible?

I'll also be continuing work on the FOAF+SSL test suite to put it
through its paces and check that it actually works as expected!
