[foaf-protocols] documentation of foafssl

Hi Pierre-Antoine,

When making changes to the FOAF+SSL Java code, I've taken this text and 
put it in a separate JSP (it was otherwise hard-coded in the IdP Servlet 
class):

I guess it's not exactly what you're looking for, but I'm hoping to 
deploy a test service based on this code within the next few days (so 
this text should come out as a web-page then).
