[foaf-protocols] todo: write a script to do keygen generation and maintenance

Just a thought,

  Good hackers like to get things going themselves. I think having scripts that
can do key generation (keygen) on simple rdf/xml foaf files, would be very useful. 
Something like what http://webid.myxwiki.org/ but say in perl, python, or scala.

It would be easy to install on a server with Apache. 

We could create a suite of such tools, for ping, etc....

  This would also allow us to test new ideas out.
