[foaf-protocols] Simple WebID based Resource ACL test

Opera10 and FF3.6 all work as expected; ask for cert, show the image.

IE8 Still sez "Cannot display web page."
Chrome still stops me at the front door (doesn't prompt me for a cert at all)
win/Safari4 (hadn't tried before) prompts me for my cert and then sez
"Safari can’t establish a secure connection to the server
“ods-qa.openlinksw.com”."
