Great opportunity to submit proposals with a Linked Data bent. Bottom, 
WebID is a very innovative use of Linked Data that addresses real 
problems. For instance, without WebIDs and the WebID protocol, there 
aren't any routes to business model variation (i.e., beyond advertising) 
and viability re. Web of Linked Data.

WebID provides a powerful mechanism for making the opportunity costs of 
privacy palpable, and thereby monetizable :-)
