fascinating little tit bit, assuming its true (its wikipedia... anyone can write anything). Been looking quite a deal at early UK computers, recently, mostly to see differential "operators" through the eyes of the folks thinking about early calculators/computers in terms of pure math and fuzzy logic (rather than computer science, and the stored program),
