[foaf-protocols] Test suite wiki updated

I have updated the test suite wiki with information about how to create such a suite and how to test endpoints.

Please try to add this to your WebId Protocol (foaf+ssl) enabled endpoints, and especially send us feedback on what extra documentation you need, so that we can help make this clearer. I found a few bugs in my implementation, just from running those.
We all win doing this, especially admins and end users.
