Good question.  "Foaf protocols" is bigger than WebID, the post is
about HTTP and cloud computing in general

One of the focuses is the Web as a distributed storage system with
HTTP as the "universal API".

Important to see where WebID fits in to the bigger picture, as a
*convenient* authentication method that is an entry point to FOAF, and
linked date :)
